I was just kidding, my body hurts but its not because im sick. I just slept poorly and in a weird way so today my body just feels messed up

i had omicron and it was pretty bad, had mild flu like 37-37.5, first strain didnt even give me flu.
probably because first one weakened me? like 8-9 months inbetween aswell
