If she had the slightest grain of sanity or was able to put herself in another person's shoes, she would go out alone, not with her friend. That is assuming she wants to find men.
You should approach and then creep them out.
Why? Because the chance that she wants extremely low inhib men who are willing to approach 2 girls is extremely low. So why is she putting off potential chads/chadlites in the worst way possible? She's just a moron or an NPC (soul bank theory).
