not for porn as much but for resisting urges (if you watch porn often)
teaching yourself discipline and rebuilding habits is a major benefactor to your psychology

i never understood how this happens to people, no fap never had even the slightest effect on me, if anything it had negative effects
i still avoid lust though for spiritual reasons
