Someone who is controlling this storyline (whether it's a higher self you have lost access to, or some other entity altogether) has already decided how each day is going to play out, and you're just there in the passenger seat watching the movie unfold

Judy said you need to unlock your script to reclaim your "power," but I don't think that's possible

And even if you manage to do that, it's going to have been as a result of your higher self's predetermined actions (and not the detached self that is functionally a soulless avatar in this tertiary matrix)

wont change your mindset but could alter your brain chemistry more or less, so u feel less uncomfortable/miserable. getting hooked is easy on drugs ngl, and even something as weak like benzos are horrible
