i don't really want to get into details but someone very high up gave me like 10 hints today even straight up saying stuff like "what you are working on now will look good when you apply for a higher position"

he said the same thing to ur coworkers. haha they say that to motivate plebs to 'grind' so his year end bonus is bigger.

maybe, but out of the group of 15~ people (not even my coworkers, ppl from all around the company / under him) he knew my name and we were never introduced. at the start of the meeting he was like "hey you're antonio juraz, right?" in front of everyone before I introduced myself to the group.
