Yeah it's super cringe. First heard it a couple months ago. I assume it's short for "charisma" (cha-rizz-ma) – hilariously bluepilled. Deformed TikTok user says, "Wow, that guy has unspoken rizz" when he sees a video of a giga-chad picking up a girl with no effort, cos he doesn't know what looks are.
Ofc it's partially a "joke", but it's still reinforcing bluepill into people's consciousnesses
