At my last job I was eating only two meals per day for a month straight and was calorie deficient. Physically demanding job. Only dropped a couple of pounds lmao. Very demoralizing.

I still look lean-ish and most people think I weigh less but I can apparently lose a lot more and look better
Idk what it is. I'm comparing myself to a lookismer who weighs 155 lbs and is a tiny bit taller than me and who wristmogs me (and has a good frame). Noticeably thin af, yet he doesn't look sickly/anorexic tier.
Tbh it's kinda perplexing
