right now the government / insurance will pay for your hormones / surgery to change your gender.
but what if you are a psl 3 and identify as a psl 6? should the government / insurance be forced to fund your sliding genio, double jaw, lefort 3, box osteoplastic surgery?

Gov shouldn't fund blackpill plastic surgeries because that would fuck up society completely, everyone would fraud their genetics.
At least trannies are butchering themselves and are gonna rope anyways, it has little impact on society.
