ehh really depends on the context
you can literally just do that if it's some random youtube comment that says you are fat and ugly
but I get it if someone's stalking and harassing you on your personal social media and interfering with your real life

people who think bad comments of any kind aren't affecting them are just delusional and have poor introspective skills. and those who are being vocal about it are in straight denial
anonymous bullying is way more potent than many think since it allows people to gang up on you and shape the way others perceive you without consequences. when it's done without hiding your identity and within a local community, it will just backfire and the person typing the comments will look extremely bad (bitter, non-nt, low class)
