Memory training makes no sense - MVP - 08-04-2022

1. Memory probably cannot be improved, or isnt transferable to other non practiced areas.
2. Not worth the effort.
3. You naturally exercise your memory in life.
4. You should only train it on say humanbenchmark if you naturally feel like it.
5. Iq isnt relevant, more important are the knowledge bank and muscle memory benchmark/metrics.
6. You can circumvent bad memory with tricks like uploading/recording/writing down/connecting slash associating to things you already know and repetition and mnemonics and converting to other languages and pictures/mental video film reel

Bonus: i dont take drugs when i feel good anyway

Not significantly

I agree. I can’t imagine any sentient individuals falling for it. Perhaps if your memory was absolutely terrible it would be worth a shot, but compared to other factors the effects would probably be negligible.
