U are fasting

There are subtle changes in my face whenever i eat anything. My face gets a bit puffy and i look different. Even my eyes change a bit

The only way to see ur true psl is with zero puffiness and inflammation

Some people naturally have a lean face, fasting is a quick way to lean out the face

Ofc this isn't gonna grow bones and make chad out of an ltn, but just saying

this isnt your true PSL because you hardly ever spend any of your life fasting. one's true PSL rating should be an average composite of what they look like under real life, candid conditions

this isnt your true PSL because you hardly ever spend any of your life fasting. one's true PSL rating should be an average composite of what they look like under real life, candid conditions

This, never understood why so many people say "your true PSL is 5% body fat" or "leanmaxxed" its like saying "your true psl is when you got a HT, rhino, LL, worked out for 5 years, got clear skin and hopped on TRT"
