If you can't get your Keystone habits in order you can't get other habits in order down the line and your life will just be chaos It all starts from these micro changes and habit building every day. Every habit strengthens every other habit. Every "digression" awakens the addictive system. The moment I drink coffee I'm amped up and way more likely to jack off, go online wildly, etc. The moment I get drunk I'm more likely to do cocaine, etc. Vices bleed into more vices and habits create a habit network which can be sustained.
