The cops are not your biggest problem... the Polynesians are.

How have the lungs been lately?

well, looks like the gig is up

the nesians don't really bother me that much, worst case you might get assaulted but that's nothing. lungs are still dogshit, but i have just accepted shortness of breath is a part of my life now

Quitting caffeine is probably good though

My point is that the more we force ourselves to do things we don't want to, the stronger we become.

Aleister Crowley talked about not using your left arm for a month and not saying the word "I" for a month.

This is a scam too obviously but it will engender such a high level of willpower you will be able to use that to stop jacking off and translate it into other things.

This is like "magick" in the occult sense I think... I'm not sure. I'm just now getting into it.

Looking into it the correct term is ego depletion and studies are inconclusive on it's existence

I just believe there are certain "Keystone" habits upon which other habits can't be formed without them

For example: I think Semen retention is a strong keystone habit for sleep and working out (for me). If I'm up jacking off all night I won't get any sleep and I won't have energy to workout. Sobriety is a keystone habit for studying.

If you can't get your Keystone habits in order you can't get other habits in order down the line and your life will just be chaos

It all starts from these micro changes and habit building every day. Every habit strengthens every other habit.

Every "digression" awakens the addictive system. The moment I drink coffee I'm amped up and way more likely to jack off, go online wildly, etc. The moment I get drunk I'm more likely to do cocaine, etc. Vices bleed into more vices and habits create a habit network which can be sustained.

These aren't really habits though

It's more focused on not forming destructive habits
