cutting dairy works for me
legit makes *it* (acne) vanish
of course no one is made of steel
sometimes my strength wanes in face of temptation
since inflammation and lesion type is way worse than acne being a thing by itself
finding smth that regulates it, in combination to diets not so restrictive, can work in long term
for me zinc works for some reason, no, ded srs, it works, but thats for me, so...

yeh aoroe is legit cutting dairy really does work. i dont feel lactose intolerant or anything but it gives me acne,, same with sugars it took me so long to find out that almost any amount of sugar gives me crazy acne.
get a face wash with salicylic acid in it and drink enough water and dont let your hair hang infront of your face too much. theres a bunch of things ngl. I have some acne but at least i have the power to make it go away if i put in an effort. i know what to do and i know that it works so maybe u can try

i do have an acne problem, and there are two other users above that agree with me. acne is mostly a western issue and a lot of people narrowed it down to diet, of course it isnt exclusively a diet issue, but nobody is saying this
