prob theres no reason for him getting shot other than the glowies wanting to cause an outrage in favor of taking down the second amendment of the us constitution. kirk would speak a lot about how guns are necessary and so on, he would downplay a few issues for gun absolutism, so an agent killing him is not a coincidence at all and thats how things have been since those school shootings
