it was always weird to me how different, but not THAT different nations/cultures have completely different meals/food combos. if i had to guess in a vacuum, i'd assume the entire world (or continents and hemispheres at least) eats 99% identical shit, yet 99% of, for example, greek food has nothing close to equivalent in my country's cuisine

We usually serve bitterballen with a simple sauce by mixing mayonnaise and bottled chili sauce. You can use Sriracha

I found out what went wrong with my potatoes last time
Today it's melt in your mouth soft on the inside but salty and crispy on the outside
I wish I had some chili p or spice power to drizzle on it
