I never mentioned sleep rhythm itt. But you always talk about this stuff, it's funny you think someone like me wouldn't be able to see through your bitter projection attempts. I mean, why is it that every time you leave a reply, by the end of it it sounds as if you were talking to yourself? Is it even a conscious thing or can you just not help it and get drifted away? Not attacking you, I know you got your issues going and I'm fully supportive of your struggle, I just want to get to the bottom of this.

i'm just rethinking my whole life because i realized how not normal it is to take 60 mg of ambien, 8 mg of benzos like xanax, drink a 1 l of wine in one go and still be almost cognitively intact (obviously i'm overestimating it, but the average person would black out from consuming 10% of that)
