No, there is no laws against cousin marriage in the Bible, it’s just random bullshit made up by Catholics. It wasn’t even a thing in early-Christianity. The ‘law of Moses’ does not prohibit cousin marriage and there’s plenty of examples of it in the Bible

No, inbreeding only increases chance of diseases if both people are unhealthy to begin with, which is the same for everyone (not just relatives). It’s only an issue today because people are generally very unhealthy due to poor environment (especially diet). Again, this is why animals inbreed without issue
