But you see, sometimes I find myself hungry at 8 pm and reason like this:
"I'm thin enough, I've been dieting for weeks. WHY would I continue and seek 6-pack visible abs through suffering, it's not like I'm getting paid 100,000 dollars per ab."
At that point, having entered "Healthy weight" BMI, you are pretty much good to binge eat for 18 months.

did it swell? i punched a wall like 7 weeks ago (drunk) and my knuckle is still swollen
