What

2. between 2 solutions, the simpler one is always considered correct (not that he solved it)
It wasn't arbitrary

If it's odd you add the number if it's even you add 8

Simpler is subjective

lol. i wouldnt say anything if he added 2, but he picked exactly the number that fits, lmao. why not 43821 for an odd number, or 60 for the even one? oh, it doesnt fit Giggle and he didnt even get 6 was a base, even that dumb curry got it

simplicity is usually objective, but thats not even important here because he didnt solve it

Because 8 fits

If 43821 fitted then that would be reasonable imo

If I had a sequence 8 16 24 32 you wouldn't have a problem with 8

I don't see what you're even trying to get at here. That's an adequate explanation of the solution

What

you dont even need to post the solution, just explain the pattern/key

mirin the state of mind where your subconscious is telling you you're wrong, but you still go with it. and most people operate like this in their daily lives, lol

it's awful

even "next prime x [n(=1) + n]" looks better

I'm trying to explain it in a way other people will understand. no one looks at this double bracket equal sign nonsense and understands. just like your insistence on putting a semicolon for a base - all it will do is confuse people
