I have heavy  social anxiety n depression bro, i have no idea what to say to a woman (or anyone for that matter, i barely talk at all) except for the basic stuff like "how are you" "whats your name" 

Even just the thought of talking to a woman gives me anxiety bro

I think I need psychedelic mushrooms or pharmaceutical testosterone. Cause im terrified of western women, im afraid they will judge me n think im non nt etc. Western woman have a very low tolerance for non ntness, im also terrified of being judged as "creepy" or "loser"
