obvious from wdc,usa we are talking about capitals
from your clarification on which capitals, only patterns i can see:
-latitude is more southern left to right
-no row or column shares same landmass
-average longitude of the country is proceeding east left to right (i.e., the second country is closer in the east than it is in the west, compared to the first)

so the ? must be below singapore, be between singapore and switzerland (to the right of singapore and left of switzerland, big area), and not part of continental europe or asia (implied by the former point, anyways)
this hardly narrows things down at all, seems like bullshit to me

honestly this post makes this thread joke-tier, especially since you didn't clarify if alternate valid interpretations of the letters would make your solution invalid, which I'm assuming they would (hence the thread being shit)
