well if you have intrusive thoughts because of ocd then that's definitely a loss, I almost killed myself once accidentally to make it stop, it worked but now I've way worse problems like headaches, in a way I shouldn't be alive rn

that's fucked up. my ocd is mild, nothing concerning. out of those 3, only schizoid pd is 100% defining
