they dont look thick irl, i was surprised when i saw the measurement. it's probably less than 7in since i couldnt wrap this tape around my wrist firmly with one hand

wrapped some dental floss around my wrist properly, cut the extra, measured it and got exactly 20 cm, so it's almost 7.9 in
