I figured this out by realizing there is always a blue in top row (3) so the blue goes there. 

Then I figured there is always a black in bottom row (2) so the black goes there. 

Then I was left with a difficult conundrum in modern game theory so I had to ponder for a while. I jacked off a few times to femdom porn then it all hit me upon a second viewing: the top row always has two blank squares so there needs to be two blank squares to start off with so the blue can maintain it's "positional integrity"

Then the red had to go somewhere because it's in the other vertical square patterns so I put it in the only place it hadn't been yet - bottom row (1). Then I had to have a white and the only square left for white was bottom square (3) so it all fit together like a perfect puzzle. 

Don't feel bad for me solving this so fast, I was always pretty talented at Sudoku.
