as i kid i scored >99.99 in the standardized international math/reading tests (on the level of a highschooler at age 6 basically with no prior exposure) and my brother was like 30th percentile but they call him a genius for swearing them eveeryday and punching holes in the walls

my parents charged me like $40k in rent over a few years, when they already have a paid off $1m house. jfl. literally life altering money. invested for a few years could contribute significantly to a larger down payment on a house
