Steroids are known to increase estrogen through aromatase enzyme.
Even if they can be anti-cortisol if they increase estrogen conversion they will end up raising cortisol down the line anyways. Plus drinking + other stuff is the factor ... One single thing isn't a big deal.

Yes, I've taken plenty of them and they make you very, very calm and not aggressive at all usually. Neuroticism will be very minimal or WIPED OUT with them, along with cortisol blockers and stuff ... you will just feel "even tempered."
I have used Exemestane mostly recently and it very powerfully lowers stress & can make you sleepy or sluggish, or merely "blank minded" like you are just unbothered and content. But they will almost never make you "energized"
There's no way you'd enjoy wild, crazy parties if you're taking AIs, dropping cortisol to the floor, etc. You need adrenaline, cortisol, estrogen, SEROTONIN to be always in those normie party scenes, clubbing, drugs, lots of movement, etc.
