absolute horseshit. i always claimed 5ft10.5, with the additional note that it was my official measurement at 16, so i probably grew a bit more, specially considering i slightly heightmogged a couple of guys who were officially measured at 5ft10 in their lower league football clubs

Ive heard some people have ankle problems from futsal that never really go away, do you think you should try rehab strictly for ankles? and the sprains you had were grade 1,2,3? I had a grade 1 sprain and it sucked hard cant imagine grade 2 or even 3 although Ik theyre all faster to recover from than an ACL tear
