Prozac is safe and even has some long term benefits for the brain (upregulates BDNF)
I prefer TCA (tricyclic antidepressants) more than SSRI though. I'm on Amitriptyline which is the best antideppresant there is on the market

I tried Prozac once for only 1 day I took 40 mg Prozac and then when I masturbated I was not able to ejaculate
That only happened on Prozac though. I never had that problem with Zoloft (sertralin )or TCA (amitriptylin)

this happens to me on shrooms (not before comeup, but after the effects are established). I thought I'd get a good cum while tripping and it just reverted once I was about to hit climax. it's curious since shrooms also work on serotonin neurotransmitters. the mood enhancing effects are also unpredictable, like OP described, sometimes you feel better than normal and sometimes you just feel much worse.
