I don’t even eat that much really, the pills do something to my body and makes it very easy to gain weight

I can't sleep properly (1:57 AM here) so I'll do a Measurement now, nude before a mirror.
First my waist circumference. Slight cheating allowed at the beginning of the diet: 38.5 inches (not morning)
Next grab and evaluate fat deposits in the mirror, front and side, then step on the scale: 187 lbs (improvement)

Now let's plug some of those measurements into BMI and BFP apps
Again I'll use an optimistic height 5'8 (no way at night) for morale, and this comes out BMI of 28.6 (no longer obese)
If we add the Neck circumference data point, we get 24.4% bf ("average")

Why is that
I was mentioning it in a medical context, but also who said my body was bad. It isn't, I was praised for my pectoral genetics for example as early as the 20th century
