You got so fat that it has even come to a level of being unacceptably fat in a country where the threshold of how much fat is acceptable is pretty much the highest in Europe (if you don't count Turkey). I am not judging you though, addiction is one hell of a thing, suddenly stopping any alcohol intake has insane levels of effect on your body and mind. I won't be overly delusional but if some miraculous event where you just get some ancient David Goggins motivation doesn't happen you will either 1. drink yourself to death or 2. drink yourself to some extreme health issue that will result in an early death, these two are very alike.
My father was an alcoholic (at peak pretty much the same tier as yourself) and the reason why he stopped (or actually tried) was because he realized he was pretty much actively ruining my life at the time (alongside my mother), long story short eventually the extreme withdrawal symptoms had taken him to a hospital, that was the breaking point where his side of the family got involved and rehab eventually got him sober.
Considering your mother does not seem like a huge factor in you getting sober, and you don't have any kids or a wife I think you dropping your job and going to rehab (like the whole rehab spa center) is your best bet.
