ive noticed that these dysgenic looking people tend to wear literal halloween costumes rather than actual clothes. instead of a regular babydoll dress made of cotton and lace theyd rather pick out a little bow peep outfit from a halloween shop. its quite telling really. their whole identity is a costume.
