what i eat in a day - machinelves - 31-08-2025
heres what i eat in a typical day
brekkie
2 eggs
yogurt bowl
maybe some toast or a sausage
snack
ice cream and m and ms
figs maybe
lunch
risotto and fish, sushi, frozen pizza maybe, red meat, chicken
snack agen
hot chocolate or chocolate in general
dinner
maybe some sort of soup or lamb stew idk. try to keep it light. maybe burgers on occasion
before bed
cuppa tea and some biscuits if im lucky

5 EGS 2 TOASTS
OR u cook bluberrys for blueberrys jam and put it on toast with COTTAGE CHEESE
LUNCH / AFTER WORKOUT
2 Scoops shake 50g protein something and OATS MEAL
DIN DIN
Spagatio meat balls
wait i meant to say Pizza i make them myhself in the oven tbh taste like shit
Night time food
cheese
ramen insatnt ramen

im low appetite bro its not depressing i usaully dont want to eat anything for lunch tbh but if its just protin shake i can manage it AND btw sugar rapes everything in my body ( bloat + acne) i cant afford to mess up my perfect complexion i also think im lactose intolerant but IDGAF
sometime i put the oats directly in the protein shake and just blend it into a goo but then i put like frozen berrys in too but never ice cream
