Movie thread? - superiorpisspot234 - 09-10-2024 Is there no existing 'movie megathread' on this site? Anyway talk about movies u watched recently, ones you consider the greatest of all time, favourites, recommendations etc. I recently rewatched arrival, eyes wide shut, and Whiplash recently (all amazing). Although tbh only EWS really counts as a rewatch, the other 2 movies i didn't watch properly the first time around; wasnt trying to immerse myself tho they're very captivating movies as is. EWS was just as scary and immsersive as my first experience was. This time i paid attention to the visual details through the color and whatnot, Kubrick often leaves. Brutal how he (((died))) shortly after making it. And 20 mins of footage was deleted apparently. Ive never listened to jazz music much outside of when i played the fallout games in which it sometimes plays on the radio. Did not regret, a rich and beautiful story.
