They're powders and in 30 ml have more of all I mentioned than eating 8 chicken pieces jfl.

you microwave it from the fridge and its more or less a full meal after you add some sauces

i have to go outside, theres good shawarma stall ill try that place out

my diet is basically milk cottage cheese rice gelatin vegetables fruit juices coffee w cocoa powder rinse n repeat

similar, but ive been swapping out rice with mixes of cottage cheese and various meats, i like the weightiness/grounding feeling of meats in my meal, though cottage cheese + rice is p good, mayb add it to a curry. would work for liver which is kind of disgusting and oyster which cant just be paired with everything

imo steamed or fried in coconut oil or butter/ghee best vegetable cooking method
