i eat all the meat first, then veggies, then carbs (rice/buckwheat)

u litrally have hypotension and is about to fiant 24/7 and this was like a year ago or more ur probably half dead now

because of sedentary lifestyle

I am more active/busy nowadays and feel better

i thought this was the earlier thread so i didnt read

 i think eating everything together is fine but id avoid eating certain vegetables with other foods as they can inhibit absorbtion of certain nutrients

I eat meat/eggs/meat+eggs first, and then carbs. 
I barely eat vegetables
